I choose, I believe

Your life is all about your choices or selection. It is observed that many times, when it comes to decision making. Many people dwell about right decision. They are afraid to take decision. What if something goes wrong? If you have only 2 choices and you have to select one. Which one will you choose? Perhaps, at that time, you will not realize the outcome of your choice.

I was reading a book named as "Essentialism". There are very good thought processes listed in the book. Always write " I choose to" instead of "I have to". Our selection, our choices make a lot of difference. It is better to use the Pareto principle. Choose to work on "Vital few" instead of "Trivial many". Focus on things which you can control. All those typical "Gyaan" we already know. It is difficult to implement. If we know our constraints, it is easy to work on it. All it takes is the courage, right mindset and "can do" attitude.

I choose to eat healthy. I choose to eat fruits for snacks.

I choose to read books.

I choose to run. I choose to swim. I choose to do a workout in free time.

I choose to be consistent in my efforts.

I choose to write this blog.

These statements give a "commitment". It feels good to keep up the words. Its magical.

Another interesting thing about use of phrase " I believe". Many times, we use, " I guess or I think".

I believe that I can do it.

I believe this action will work.

I believe that it makes sense.

I believe that the journey will be good.

There is a very good trio. " Ask, Believe and Receive". In marathi, it is acronym as " विभाव".

वि - विचार - Thoughts

भा - भावना - Emotions

व - वर्तन - Actions

Dr. Kalam always used to say, "Dream, Dream and Dream". Dream will convert into "Thoughts". Thoughts will lead into "Actions". This is the way to achieve your dreams.

Have a wonderful day my friends..!!
